NSW: A cost of $14.95 will be charged at check out for all customers purchasing within Metro Sydney - for Regional NSW a cost of $19.95 will be charged at checkout - With Free Shipping when you spend over $400.00.

Rest of Australia: Depending on your location a fee between $14.95 and $24.95 will be charged at checkout, or we offer Free Shipping for orders over $400.00 dollars. Some remote Areas in Australia may have additional Shipping fees - depending on size and weight of order. A team member from Primary Toys will contact you if this occurs.

New Zealand: Primary Toys offers a flat rate shipping fee to New Zealand of $49.00 this cost may vary depending on the size of your order, we will contact you to commence further payment or refund if necessary.

Free Shipping: All customer who purchase's over $400.00 or more will receive complimentary free shipping, Australia wide only.

Returns: Will not be accepted after 14 days of delivery. The office must be notified within 24 hours of delivery if an item is to be returned for any reason.
